1/ How can I download a trial version?

On the VN PayTime Home page, simply click the “Try It Free” button and register for the download.

Notice that the email address must be correct as the confirmation email will be sent to this address.

Open the email account that you have submitted. There will be a confirmation email that contains the account activation link.

Click on the link, you will be notified that “Your account has been successfully activated” and the page will be automatically navigated to VN PayTime website.

Log-in to your account by your email and password that you provided in the Trial order form.

Now you can download our VN PayTime payroll system.

2/ What are the trial packages that I should download?

There are 2 packages in our Download section:

Full VN PayTime package: includes Microsoft SQL 2005 Express and the VN PayTime Application.

Custom VN PayTime Package: includes VN PayTime Application.

Depending on your need, you could choose one of two packages to download. If you don’t have the Microsoft SQL Express yet, you should choose our full VN PayTime package.

3/ How can I activate the software after download and installation?

Please follow the instructions below to activate your 2-months trial period:

1. Online Activation

After installing the software, open VN PayTime. The License Registration box will appear.
Fill in all the fields (Company, Address, Telephone, Email).
Insert the provided Trial Product Key (which is included in this email)
Click on “Get Activation Key Online”. The Activation Key will be automatically generated.
Click on “Activate”.

In case the button “Get Activation Key Online” does not work:

Click on “Try to get Activation Key Online” to open Online Activation Page.
Fill in all the fields (Company, Address, Telephone, Email).
Insert the License Key that is displayed in the License Registration box in the License Information section.
Insert the provided Trial Product Key (which is included in this email) in the License Information section.
Input the Security Code and click on “Get Activation Key” in the Create Activation Key section.

>> The Activation Key will be created automatically and will appear in the License Information section. You will also receive the Activation Key by email.

Copy the Activation Key in the License Registration box of VN PayTime.
Click “Activate”.

>> After installation and activation you are ready to explore your VN PayTime trial!

2. Offline Activation

Install the software that you downloaded.
Contact us at (08) 3997 2760 – Ext: 211 and we will support you to activate the product.

4/ Do I have all functions and reports in the trial version?

You will have all functions and reports in our trial version for your exploration!

5/ What do I need to do when I want to activate the license of the software after the trial version is expired?

After the 2-months trial period, you will have to purchase the License of the software to continue using it. Contact us at (08) 3997 2760 – Etx: 211 and we will process all the necessary steps such as confirming your order, payment and sending you the License Key.

6/ Can I buy directly VN PayTime from the website?

Yes, you can buy the software directly at any time from our website by clicking on “Buy It Now” button to download the software. If you already downloaded the trial version you only need to receive the Activation Key. Please contact us at our support hot line (08) 3997 2760 – Etx: 211 or drop us an email to support@paytime.com.vn, our team will discuss with you about the payment term and Activation Key.

7/ How can I make the payment when buying VN PayTime from the website?

You can make the payment by cash or bank transfer. Please contact us at our support hot line
(08) 3997 2760 – Etx: 211 and we can discuss with you about your preferred payment method.

8/ Do I have to pay the fee for VN PayTime on a yearly basis after license activation?

Yes, you have to pay for the annual update service fee. You will be notified by email about the payment of the yearly fee on the day you purchase the product, or one month in advance for following years.

9/ Can VN PayTime be customized following my special requirements?

VN PayTime is designed for small companies. There will be no customization available for VN PayTime. In case you would like to customize the product to adapt all your company’s requirements, please contact us at

10/ How can I have an update when there is a change of the Law (Insurance, Personal Income Tax)

When there is a change of the Law (Insurance, Personal Income Tax) through our update service, we will send an email containing a link automatically updating our VN PayTime product. All updates are also available for download on our VN PayTime website in the Download Update Menu.
