PAYMENT TERMS & CONDITIONS
License
The VN PayTime’s License fee is 6.999 mln. VND. This is a onetime payment only.
Annual Update Service
Annual Update Service fee will be charged on a yearly basis at the rate of 1 mln.VND. The first Update Service Period will come into force from the date of License Activation. After 1 year, this Update Service will be expired and the Customer needs to re-activate the Update Service and pay for it within 30 days from the Date of Expiration.
If customer doesn’t renew the Update Service within 30 days after the expiration, this service will be automatically terminated and changes in the law cannot be updated anymore.
Note that during 1 year from the Update Service expiration date, customer can renew the service at any time, but the effective date of this renewal is the date of the former expiration date, and not the date customer decides to re-activate the Update Service.
Trial and Promotional Offers
From time to time, CADENA VIETNAM may offer certain trial and/or promotional offers. CADENA VIETNAM reserves the right to discontinue or modify credits, trials and promotional offers at its discretion and without notice. Any such trial or promotional offers may not be combined with other credits, trials, promotions or any other discounts, and are limited to one (1) per Customer.
